UK Intellectual Property Office Covid-19 Update
24/06/2020

The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) had previously announced 24 March 2020 onwards as interrupted days.  The effect of the interrupted days status is that any official deadlines at the UKIPO falling within this period are extended until the interrupted status is lifted.

Following the last review on 22 June the UKIPO has announced that this interrupted days period will end on 29 July 2020.  This means that any outstanding deadlines falling between 24 March and 29 July must be met by 30 July 2020 at the absolute latest.

If you are concerned about how the current position is affecting your rights or applications and need some assistance or guidance please feel free to get in touch.
